Warranty FAQ
Does warranty require professional installation?
Yes, all LUNVYR fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician to maintain warranty coverage. DIY installation voids the warranty and may create safety hazards.
What if my fixture develops patina faster than expected?
Natural brass is expected to develop patina over time. However, if patina develops within 2 years in normal indoor conditions, this may be covered under our finish warranty.
Are replacement parts available after warranty expires?
Yes, we maintain replacement parts inventory for 10 years from production date. Parts are available for purchase even after warranty expiration.
Can I transfer warranty to a new owner?
Warranty transfers to new property owners if the fixture remains installed in the original location. Contact us with proof of property transfer to update warranty records.
