Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be in original condition with all components

Warranty & Liability

Limited Warranty

LUNVYR warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for:

• Structural Components: 2 years from delivery date
• Electrical Components: 1 year from delivery date
• Finishes: 1 year from delivery date (excluding normal wear)
• Custom Work: 1 year from delivery date

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
• Damage from environmental factors (moisture, UV, etc.)
• Products modified by anyone other than LUNVYR
• Damage due to electrical issues not related to the fixture

Limitation of Liability

LUNVYR Rights

All content on our website and all product designs are protected by intellectual property laws:

• Trademarks: LUNVYR name and logo are registered trademarks
• Design Rights: All lighting designs are proprietary to LUNVYR
• Website Content: Text, images, and graphics are copyrighted
• Photography: Product images are owned by LUNVYR

Permitted Use

You may:

• View and browse our website for personal use
• Share product images for editorial or review purposes with attribution
• Download product specifications for installation purposes

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or manufacture our designs
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Reverse engineer or create derivative works

User Conduct

Termination

Termination by Customer

You may terminate your relationship with us at any time, subject to:

• Completion of pending orders (unless eligible for cancellation)
• Payment of all outstanding amounts
• Return of any company property

Termination by LUNVYR

We may terminate service for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of amounts due
• Abusive behavior toward staff

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to services will cease
• Outstanding obligations remain in effect
• Provisions regarding liability and intellectual property survive

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LUNVYR regarding your use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
