Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:
- 48-Hour Notification: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process
- 30-Day Window: Physical return must be completed within 30 days of delivery
- Original Condition: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Standard Products: Only applies to our standard collection pieces (custom orders excluded)
- All Components: Must include all original hardware, instructions, and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces with specific modifications
- Items damaged by customer installation or use
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Items missing original packaging or components
- Special finishes or custom color requests

How to Return
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Notify Within 48 Hours
Contact us immediately after delivery with your order number and reason for return. This starts the return process.
Step 2: Return Authorization
We'll provide a return authorization number and detailed return instructions within 24 hours of your notification.
Step 3: Package Securely
Carefully repackage the item in its original materials. We recommend additional protective wrapping for shipping.
Step 4: Ship Back
Send the item back using the prepaid return label we provide. Must be shipped within 30 days of original delivery.
Step 5: Inspection & Refund
Once received, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days if approved.

- Secure Packaging: Use original packaging plus additional protection we recommend
- Insurance: All returns are fully insured during transit

Order Cancellation
Cancellation Timeline
0-48 Hours After Order
Full cancellation and refund available. Order has not yet entered production phase.
48+ Hours After Order
Order enters production. Cancellation may incur restocking fees depending on production progress.
Production Complete
Order ships within 6-8 weeks. Standard return policy applies instead of cancellation.
How to Cancel

- Include "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line
- Provide reason for cancellation (helps us improve our service)
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days if approved
Damage & Quality Protection
Shipping Damage
If your LUNVYR fixture arrives damaged:
- Report immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Document damage: Take clear photos of packaging and damaged areas
- Keep packaging: Retain all original packaging materials
- Resolution: We'll arrange repair, replacement, or full refund
Manufacturing Defects
Rare manufacturing defects are covered under our quality guarantee:
- Electrical component failures within 90 days
- Structural integrity issues
- Finish defects not consistent with product description
- Missing components or hardware
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage from improper installation
- Changes in personal preference
- Damage from misuse or accidents
- Electrical issues due to improper wiring
Refund Process
When Refunds Apply
- Approved returns received within 30 days (with 48-hour notification)
- Order cancelled before production begins
- Item arrives damaged (full replacement or refund)
- Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team

Refund Amounts
- Full Refund: Items returned in original condition
- Partial Refund: Items with minor issues or missing components (case-by-case basis)
- Return Shipping: Deducted from refund unless item was damaged or defective
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless we made an error

- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Credit Card: 3-7 business days to appear on your statement

Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply in certain situations:

- Design Discrepancy: Returns accepted if final product doesn't match approved specifications
- Quality Issues: Manufacturing defects or damage covered under standard protection
- Preference Changes: Not eligible for return once production is approved and completed

- Design approval: Technical drawings and material samples provided
- 50% deposit: Required to begin custom work
- Final approval: You approve final design before production begins
